Have you ever had Onycholysis? #onthisday I explained that the tissue (nail bed) under the separated nail plate was not damaged, infected, or abnormal and the only course of action I needed to take while my nail plate grew out was to keep my skin and nails clean, and dry but internally hydrated. It is back to normal now! I believe this took less than a month to grow back past my natural hyponichium. #naileducator #naileducation
